Shipping methods we offer
colopena cooperates with major international shipping companies to offer five shipping methods:

Standard shipping(mail service):19-35 business days

Expedited shipping: 3-7 business days

EMS Express Mail service: 10 -25 business days

Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally colopena needs 2-4 days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the delivery time.

Shipping Time: Please refer to above delivery time.

TIPS:

1.If you have any idea about your item value to help you with the tariff when shipping by EXPRESS(fedex and DHL),please contact us([email protected]) in time. Otherwise,we will write the acceptable value for you.
2.Due to the high tariffs and the strict customs of some coutries, the shipment of Fedex,DHL is not available for choose.

3.We are not responsible for all problems related to tariff.

Tips: Most Express count shipping cost not only according to package weight, but also the size. And sometimes there's addtional charge. So package weight is only for reference and the final shipping cost subject to system calculation.
